Dear new RETTA Members,

Welcome to your Local union!! Each year the River East Transcona Teachers’ Association puts on a New Member Welcome Event. The purpose of the event is to welcome new RETTA Members to their Local union, introduce them to their Local leadership and explain the role and importance of RETTA.  It’s always a nice, informal chance to chat with one another.

Please see the information below for details of the event. We’ve selected two dates where hopefully one of them will work for you.

Who:  RETTA would like to invite you to a New Member Welcome Event.  

What: To welcome members to their Local union and introduce their Local leadership. 

Where: Kildonan East Collegiate Cafeteria.

When: Thursday, October 13th, 2022 @ 4:30 p.m.

Why: Learn about your rights and responsibilities as a teacher (plus have dinner and win prizes!!)
