In accordance with the provisions of Section 13, sub-section 3 of the Manitoba Teachers' Society Act, being Chapter 262 of the Revised Statutes of Manitoba, the River East Transcona Teachers' Association of the Manitoba Teachers' Society is permitted to formulate this Constitution, to adopt by-laws, and to pass resolutions not inconsistent with the said Act or with the by-laws of the said Society.
